Intec’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region covers over 100 countries speaking in excess of 2000 different languages, all with diverse cultures, political and regulatory environments, time zones and business priorities.

The EMEA team successfully supports over 140 customers in more than 30 countries across all three continents. The team consists of 379 employees with the majority based in Intec’s headquarters in the UK, Centre of Excellence in Cape Town, Sales and Support office in Paris and our Billing and Implementation centre in Galway, Ireland.

Our mission is to help each of our customers improve operational efficiencies, increase revenues and reduce customer churn. Our highly skilled implementation, support team and account managers provide excellent customer care and advice to ensure each customer realises the full potential of their investments. We view our customers as long-term partners working together to deliver on our promises. In 2005 we welcomed new customers from Saudi Arabia, Israel, South Africa, Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

To provide this level of care we have a number of additional sales and support offices based in Barcelona, Rome, Moscow, Copenhagen, Beirut and a new office is planned to open in the Middle East. A significant number of our staff speak more then one language and you will always find English, French, Russian, Spanish, German, Italian and Arabic speakers within the EMEA team.

EMEA supports a variety of telecom operators in both the mobile and fixed sectors from start-up’s including MVNOs to tier 1 operators including: 3, Bezeq, BT, Colt, Deutsche Telecom, France Telecom, MTN South Africa and Nigeria Telecom Italia, Swisscom, STC and Vimplecom.
