Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Intec products are deployed successfully according to customers’ specifications
  • Liaise with customers to gather and analyse requirements
  • Follow up on functional requirements’ specifications and system design
  • Conduct technical presentations and user training to customers
  • Involved in the implementation and customisation life cycles
  • Communicate with internal and external parties on any issues of project delivery
  • Provide ad hoc consultancy to customers when the need arises
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants


Skill set Requirements:

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Software Development or related fields
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years’ working experience in the software industry
  • Knowledge of Oracle Databases, SQL and UNIX will be advantageous
  • Experience in developing code and scripting will be beneficial
  • Telecommunication experience in OSS/BSS will be an added advantage
  • Excellent business acumen to anticipate impact on overall project plans
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Willing to travel extensively within the APAC region
