Project Manager - CIS region

Skills\Experience:

• Highly developed interpersonal & communication skills, with an ability to build in-depth relationships at all levels within our client organizations.
• The ability to build, motivate and manage the project team.
• 10+ years experience in a business critical commercial software/services environment.
• 5 years Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience of successful delivery of multi-million euro customer projects.
• Strong experience in software development methodologies with the ability to drive strong quality processes.
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience of the Telecommunications market, with exposure to customer care and billing systems.
• Knowledge of CIS region language and culture.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Education:

• Appropriate third level qualifications.
• Professional Project Management Certification.
