Software Tester - R&D Support

Skills and Experience:

• Define test plans
• Define and execute test cases
• 2 years testing experience
• Understanding / experience of test methodologies and techniques – both structured and exploratory
• Experience in Databases and online testing
• Experience in one or more of the following Test types – Integration, System, and / or regression
• Fault management (raising error logs, following up, re-testing)
• Unix experience (at least basic experience in Unix, such as being able to navigate around the system)
• Additional Experience that will be Advantageous:
• Telecommunications background
• Knowledge of Test Director
• Automation Experience

• Eager to learn, as well as a quick learner – the ability to grasp and understand new concepts, systems, etc. and apply them in their work environment

• Report on progress and raise issues / problems when necessary
