I had been in the industry for a few years, hearing a lot about Intec, which stirred my interest to know more about the company. I trusted that a focused company like Intec would go far, be a leader in the market, and provide abundant opportunities.
I joined Intec APAC in 2000 as a consultant, with the then small but functional office, only to be shipped out the very next day. It was exciting from the start and from then on, numerous challenges and openings have come my way. I started off multi-tasking for a while, wearing different hats from pre-sales engineer, to implementation consultant, to project manager, before moving on to head a group. It was definitely an experience, a great opportunity and exposure, moulding me along the way to be a good citizen of Intec. Intec is one great company with multi-talented and awesome people who make working fun
I am lucky to have a great and supportive manager who is always there to lend a helping hand, giving and practising freedom, trusting us to deliver quality services. Intec APAC is like one big family, living in one big house, all striving for the same outcome of making Intec one great company to work with. That’s the best way to describe Intec APAC…
I really enjoy working with my “friends” – colleagues - in Intec because they are a bunch of helpful, genuine and fun people to work with.
The bottom line
- Tried worms (yeaks!) and surprisingly like the taste.
- Chased by a wild rhino in a deep jungle and had a wonderful muddy bath with a herd of elephants in Chitwan.
- Hiked 2000m above sea level to witness the sunrise of Mt. Everest and sunset of Langtang Himalaya range - next target, hike Mt Everest Base Camp.
