Having been Chief Executive for 3 years Peter recently completed the successful sale of HBS Ltd, a private equity owned business process outsourcing company focused on the UK Public Sector. As well as public sector outsourcing, Peter has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunication industries both in the UK and globally. He is the Non Executive Chairman of Axell Wireless, a private equity owned manufacturer of wireless network coverage technology. He is also a non-executive director of High Speed Office Ltd , Global Voice PLC and Asset Co PLC. Peter was president and chief executive of Colt Telecommunications PLC between 1999 and 2003. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Concert Communications, based in Virginia, USA. Having spent his early career with BT Peter has held a number of director level positions in telecom companies in the UK and Europe. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Liveryman of London (Worshipful Company of Information Technologists) and holds a first class honours degree in Computer Science.
